●Expand leadership opportunities so Brothers can serve without burnout.
●Create new roles: Chief of Staff, Media Director, College Brothers Affairs Officer, Registration Chair, and Brotherhood Engagement Chair.
●Strengthen leadership pipeline by adding three Associate Executive Directors under the Executive Director.
●Maintain monthly presidents’ calls to keep communication consistent and transparent.

●Over the next two years, work alongside our current Treasurer to groom a Brother to assume this role, equipping him with the historical and practical practices that have increased our finances to date.
●During year one, evaluate our current budget structure and explore the addition of a line item dedicated to supporting smaller chapters during periods of low enrollment.
